Day 01: Nairobi / Mount Kenya
This morning we will pick you up at City Hall, and immediately drive to Mount Kenya. Let's have lunch birding camp scale Wajee Mukurweini Valley, where endemic Babbler Hinde can be seen. Later, after lunch, and after few hours of bird watching, there will be a mountain lodge at the foot of Mount Kenya, where we will dine and spend the night.
Day 02: Mount Kenya
Today we have a game tomorrow and see the birds in the water well and then take a walk around the grounds in search Lodge of more species. After breakfast we drive to Naru Moru River Lodge (carefully looking for birds along the road) in the highland pastures and time for lunch. After lunch we spend the afternoon birding in the park Naru Moru River Lodge. Later we will cross the short distance to Mountain Rock Hotel for dinner and overnight.
Narumoru is an excellent place for birdwatching, especially in the lodge grounds and the small forest along the River. Here, we will be looking for cash such as olive, Hartlaub's Turaco, Cinnamon-chested Bee-eater cheeked hornbills, crowned and money, Cape Wagtail, Black Saw-wing, Yellow-pin, thin-billed Mountain Greenbul, White-starred Robin, Cape Robin Ruppell Cats, African Dusky Flycatcher, Cinnamon Bracken Warbler, Buitrón Hunter, Chestnut-throated Gray, and Black-Throated Apalis, Gray-capped Warbler, White-browed Crombec, Montane White-eye, White-bellied Tit, Tropical Boubou, Gray Cuckoo-Shrike, Montane Oriole, White-headed Wood Hoopoe, Eastern and Northern double collar Sunbird (six species), Brown-capped Weaver, Thick-billed Seed-Eater and Yellow-crowned Canary.
Day 03: Mount Kenya / Lake Baringo
This morning after a morning walk and breakfast bird, we drive to Lake Baringo on the plains near the Solio Solio Ranch famous. Hopefully we will be able to detect the white rhino, black rhino through the fence because above all else. Then we will have a short break Breakfast in Thompson Falls, the Lodge celebrated and later in the drive and abandonment of the Rift Valley, arriving in time for a short ride Because of Lake Baringo Club. This will be our base for the next two nights.
Lake Baringo region has its specialties as well and was looking for cash such as Jackson and Hornbill Hornbill, Cerda-crowned Starling, Brown-Cola Cat Rock, Dark-chanting goshawk, a variety of weavers, and a number impressive waterfowl.
Day 04: Lake Baringo
Today, we'll have a full day at Lake Baringo with a walk in the morning, early risers in the basalt cliffs of Baringo and later, after lunch, optional walk around the lake by boat. After lunch we depart for a game of afternoon / each bird in the vicinity of the national reserve of Lake Bogoria. Remarkable species in Bogoria including huge flocks of Cape teal, Fulvous whistling ducks, birds, Black-necked Grebe and other wading birds not to mention Small and pink flamingos. Later we proceed to Lake Baringo Club later that evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 05: Lake Baringo / Kakamega Forest
This morning after breakfast, depart for Kakamega forest by the spectacular Kerio Valley in search of rare flycatchers. Scales have Family Birding and finally arrive on time for lunch at Rondo Retreat Center. The rest of the day will be devoted to observation birds in the beautiful gardens of Retiro, with dinner and overnight at Rondo Retreat Center.
Day 06: Kakamega Forest
Full Day Birdwatching Kakamega forest with our second night here. In Kakamega and surroundings, seeking the 36 bird species that are endemic to this site, including Blue-headed Bee-eater, Western Black-headed Oriole, acacia Jameson-Eye Eremomela Turner, African crowned eagles, Yellowbill, Great Blue Turaco and Black-bag and a series of Greenbul among others.
Day 07: Kakamega Forest / Kisumu
This morning, after breakfast, we drive to Kisumu with some Main assets of birding on the road with lunch en route. Later in the afternoon visit the famous Dunga Swamp (one of strengths of the rare wetland of Lake Victoria). Dinner and night today, will be in Kisumu Sunset Hotel.
Day 08: Kisumu / Lake Nakuru
This morning after breakfast we drive to National Park Lake Nakuru (a paradise for bird observation) with a Lunch stop en route. We're going to Nakuru in the afternoon and immediately embark on party unity of the night en route to Lake Nakuru Lodge, where we Dinner and overnight.
Day 09: Lake Nakuru / Lake Naivasha
Today, we leave Naivasha, after a morning of game and our final breakfast here and go to Lake Naivasha Country Club at lunchtime. After lunch we spend the rest of the observation bird night club on campus and the lake shore. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Country Club.
Day 10: Lake Naivasha / Nairobi
The Morning Birding complete in Naivasha, probably with a visit to the island of Crescent, which is on the lake from the Lake Naivasha Country Club. After Lunch Nairobi through the meadows drive in search of Longclaw Kinangop Sharpe and continue to another level in some beautiful ponds for ducks and migration in Africa.
Assuming that your flight is late, late at night in Nairobi and transfer to the airport.
