USMC MARPAT vs ACU Army uniform ... What do you think?
I do not know, I personally think that the model of ACCU looks ugly and inefficient in a forest environment. but I also believe that what is missing in the model represents the quality (as all patches and Velcro strips and zippers) The Marine MARPAT I like the model, but the buttons and controls do not look as good as the ACU, what do you think?
The two make their work and have a place. Having never been MARPAT uniform, I can not say with certainty what is good or bad about them. The ACU is a model worthy of all camouflage. He did what you wanted to do, which is mixed with many different things. Yes, there are better models out there, ACU, but also good work. One area that takes its own is just after sunset. The uniform mixture very well and is resistant to IR as is not easy to detect with an optical night. Of course then slap patches on IR we see it for themselves, defeating the purpose of making them resistant to IR. The velcro sucks mostly. EDR is good because the buttons are easy to replace, in silence, not broken or jam, such as closures to slide. Velcro wears out, make patches more expensive, stick to things like other trainees and not cut when necessary. Everything is Velcro ... excpet skills badges. Why are these pins? I thought it was supposed to save money with spots Velcro, but now I buy the scrap they lose their color quickly and can be used in the armor? What's good I do? When plates using sewn into everything that was right, proper and good to go. Now you can have all sorts of outfits attacks. Badges measure is a class not intended for use. They said that soldiers military consulted before taking the ACU. So why is that we have a pen pocket on the arm? Who the f. .. needs of feathers on the arms when stock markets around the room to give them and their pad? Why not a blanket to keep the feathers flying LMI when you or other movement techniques? We trousers pockets weaker, but a crotch gusset. PANTS BDU never tore at the crotch, but I lost many sets of ACUS in this way. The ACU was not designed for combat, which was designed to MERL wear.
